"For this cause we thank God without ceasing, because when you received the word of God which you heard by us, you received not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the Word of God which also effectually works in you that believe." ( 1 Thessalonians 2:13 ) We give God the Glory for all of the salvations, baptisms in the Holy Ghost, healings and miracles. As you read the testimonies, please rejoice with us - God is so good! We are extremely pleased to see that people are taking the Word that they hear and receive it - then they act upon it, and it comes to pass. They do not question it. They simply "believe" and awesome things happen.

LETTERS FROM THE JAIL MINISTRYThe following letter is from a man named Ronald who Billy and Mary came into contact through their jail ministry. He has rededicated himself to the Lord, and has been baptized in the Holy Spirit. Praise God! Mr. and Mrs. Williams, I wrote this letter to say thank you for sending me the scriptural study about the baptism of the Holy Spirit. I really enjoy reading and studying it. I really do believe in what it is saying as well as understand it. I really do believe in my heart that I'm ready to change and live my life for God and do what is right by God as well as be baptized in the Holy Spirit. I understand that God is knocking at my door and it's time for me to answer the door and let God in and I'm ready for that, and I want you both to help me with that. I really do feel that you both were sent to me by God and I believe you both were the ones He wants to have prepare and help me be baptized in the Holy Spirit and that's why we met. I truly believe that with all my heart. I'm very grateful to now know two wonderful people that take time to come and visit me and who will help me receive the Holy Spirit and everything that comes along with it. I'll see you on Wednesday during visit and we can talk more about it. I'm ready Rev. and Mrs. Williams, I'm ready!! Respectfully, Ronald The following letter is from a man named Jose who received Jesus as his Lord and Savior through the jail ministry:
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Williams,
And for this reason, I now walk in faith and not by sight. Thank you for all that you have done, and are doing for me. God bless you and your family. Yours truly, Jose |

Pastor Leads Men Out of Collapsed Mine
We are excited that the people have taken the Word, which they heard, not as a man's word, but as the true Word of God. They have taken the Word back to their homes and villages where God is confirming it with signs following. (I Thess. 2:13 and Mark 16:20)

A YOUNG MAN'S LIFE CHANGED FOREVER"In the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh." (Acts 2:17) Once again we experienced the faithfulness of God to His Word as we witnessed a mighty move of the Spirit of God among the people attending the crusade. In response to the teaching on the Holy Spirit many were filled with the Spirit of God as evidenced by speaking in other tongues. There were four young boys ages 9 to 12 who were filled with the Spirit within a few minutes of our praying for them. The Spirit of the Lord was filling the place with His presence. As the word of God and the Spirit went forth many were saved, healed and delivered from oppression. One young man, who was an unbeliever, the Lord appeared to and told him to serve His people. Just as Saul did on the road to Damascus, this young Indian man made Jesus his Lord and was set free from the bondage of sin and darkness. He was so overjoyed by the presence of God that he did not want to leave the church compound. Later that day, in the evening services Mary, Billy and Noah preached the Word of God. Once again, our team of ministers and translators saw the people drawn by the Holy Spirit come forth for prayer. Even though Billy and Mary did not speak the language of most of the people present, the people crowded to the platform area for prayer. The crowds were so great that all three ministers had to reach across the people nearest to them to pray for others. During the three-day crusade in Ghughus, the crowds averaged around 2,000 per night. Hundreds of people, who were thirsting for the touch of the Lord, were eager to tell others what God had done for them. |

TERRORIST PLOT STOPPEDWhen we arrived at a meeting in Ghughus back in October, several native pastors, who were serving in various capacities during the crusade, expressed concern about three men positioned outside the gated compound of the local church. After the native pastors approached the men who were behaving suspiciously and talked with them, the men left. All of our party was unaware that these men, who turned out to be terrorists would be a threat to the lives of our missionary team. On Tuesday morning, Billy taught on faith and Mary on "Praise Stills the Avenger" from Psalms 8:2. In obedience to the Word, the people praised God with their heart, mind, and strength. God honored his word by going before us to stop the evil intentions of the three Hindu men by saving and healing a terrorist's wife of a major stomach problem and their child of another serious health problem. Later that day, the mother gave her testimony to a local pastor and said she would tell her husband about Jesus and that he and his fellow terrorists would not blast the car. Later that week, our entire team learned that those three suspicious men who were lurking about the compound on Monday wanted to destroy the car that twice daily was transporting us from our hotel in Chandrapur to Ghughus and kill the driver and three passengers. Since returning to the United States, local pastors sent us word in January that the Hindu woman's terrorist husband accepted Christ. He now wants to be baptized in water, a major show of faith in a Hindu nation, and to meet us. To God be the glory! |

MEETING WITH FORMER TERRORIST & WOMAN HEALEDUpon returning to Ghughas, we met the former Hindu terrorist who had wanted to kill us last October. He is on fire for God, and is telling others about Jesus. We have just received a report that he witnessed to some Hindus that were trying to be recruited by some other terrorists. Praise God, they are now born again! The devil is a loser. We call the former terrorist "George". He can't give his real name for safety purposes. He said the core/center of the terrorist's unit is coming down, because of confusion. At the end of the service, our first night in Ghughus "George" got our attention. He wanted to be sure that we would pray for a woman who was lying on the floor and leaning against the wall. We hadn't noticed her. The woman had been bedfast for several months and had been unable to eat anything solid. She had a total of 6 uterus operations, heart problems, and other ailments. We prayed for her healing. I cast a spirit of infirmity out of her. The Lord told me she would mend from that hour. I led her in a prayer for salvation. We prayed for her family too. I was prompted to have her stand. She did with help. Come to find out she had not stood for several months. Her legs had been like jelly. We saw her two nights later. She came forward for prayer but not for healing. She been feeling much better, but wanted prayer so she could sleep. Later, she came forward to put money in the offering for the local ministry. Her walking was much stronger, than it had been 30 minutes earlier. She did have some help, but was mainly walking on her own. Noah had her walk up the ramp to the platform so he could pray for her. No problem. Since then, her family and many relatives have accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Hallelujah! |

"CAN'T STOP SMILING"While in India (June 2005), Pastor Benjamin, who leads the pastor's committee, was constantly smiling. During our first trip to Ghughus, he did not smile at all. He seemed uninvolved the last time we were here. Why the change? He is yielding to the anointing of the Holy Ghost. During the time between our two trips, God continued to move and the Glory of God was manifested. In talking with him, he shared that a man with a broken back had been brought to his church. Somehow the man sat in a chair. Pastor Benjamin went to pray for him. As he touched the man, the man jumped up totally healed. That will put a smile on your face too! Needless to say, he is now very excited for the things of God. Also, a young man, who taught in an Assemblies of God Bible School, had heard what was happening in Ghughus. He is from the area. He came to see what God is doing and to receive teaching in the Bible school we were having. The Lord had been dealing with him to go into the interior to minister to the terrorists which is very dangerous. He asked Noah for prayer, and we prayed for him. He is going to resign from the Bible school and go. We will help support him prayfully and financially. The curse on the land in the Ghughus and Chandrapur area is starting to lift. We could see it with our own eyes. The livestock looked better than in October. The trees and other plants were greener, and this was the hot/dry season in India. Up to over 120 degrees fahrenheit at times. We have also noticed that many of the roads were better than they were the last time we visited. God is good! |
